That's what I do , too, when working with my guild in which WOW TBC Gold I know my teammates. I've discovered that the bangle is perfect for pugs. It's great to use for tailswiping when you're slow or weaker than me and when there are chaotic air phases.
The trinkets for Healer aren't very impressive. P1. I'm still using Essence of the Martyr + Rejuv Gem as my preferred choice, only really swapping Gem out for Eye of Gruul on Mag garbage or (formerly) Blue Dragon on cheap Burning Crusade Classic Gold Nightbane. There are Bangle, Warp-Scarab brooch, and Bangle. But none are highly effective.
